The Final Handed In Pattern
Base Form:
Squared-diamond, fitted within canvas.
Rotate 45 degrees, fit in initial geometry via scaling down
Repeat by scaling initial two geometries down 50%
Repetition of final form:
Rotate 5 degrees about centre
Rotate 17.5 degrees about centre
Stop after four iterations
Fill: alternate black and white through inversion
Essentially, each additional iteration redefines the fill of the pattern by inverting whatever the fill was beneath it.
Alternating the pattern: Rotate by varying levels and iteration count.
